There are several modules that were created just in time for the Drupal 4.7 release and a few that snuck in at the end of 4.6, which deserve mention. A few that the end-user would especially like:

Most of the improvements in this release are centered around usability enhancements. As new folks are attracted to the power and flexibility of the Drupal system, there has arisen a greater demand on making it approachable for the average user.

What's not so hot about Drupal?
The biggest drawback is that you will need to have above average computer skills and knowledge to install the software and some of the modules. There is not web based setup wizard to help you. (Although I have heard rumors that one is coming.) Or else, you will need to hire a professional to setup your website.
What's so great about Drupal?
Once you have your website setup, creating content - content being a page, news story, event, review, image or whatever - is so easy. After logging into your website, you click "create content" from you administration menu. Select the type of content you would like to create and fill out the form. When you’re done, click the "submit" button. All done.
