Any great new Drupal Modules?

There are several modules that were created just in time for the Drupal 4.7 release and a few that snuck in at the end of 4.6, which deserve mention. A few that the end-user would especially like:
- Block Bar - creates expandable/collapsible blocks, requires some fiddling (I have yet to get it to work)
- Porter-Stemmer - extends search functionality so that it will recognize different variations of a word (eg. blog, blogging and blogger)
- PayPal Pro support - the e-commerce module now has support for the new PayPal seamless payment gateway, this is a big improvement as it makes your website more professional
- Ads module - expands the old banner module by including other sorts of ads and making them each a node, this allows them to be searched for, commented on, etc.
- Recent blocks - creates customized lists of recent content to display in blocks
- Review - created a review content type that enables users to write an article with a rating
- Service links - adds Delicio.us, Digg, reddit and Technocrati links to each node, links can be images or text - your choice
